Love that David...needed that....I remember those runs as well when we lived in Portland. And Black Butte Porter...one of my fav's. We're back in Maine after our quick trip to the UK to see friends and Springsteen. Would love to be back out running but after countless painful discussions with my lower back, I've heeded to its advice and gone for a walk.
